The Jewellery World Awards (JWA), previously known as the JNA Awards, was launched by Informa Markets Jewellery in 2012. It stands out in the jewellery and gemstone community for honouring industry innovators, visionaries and next-generation talents. Since 2024, the programme has shifted its focus to recognising sustainability champions through the “Sustainability Awards by JWA,” irrespective of a company’s size, area of specialisation or geographical location.
In 2025, the Awards programme features five categories that showcase best practices aligned with the 3Ps: People, Planet and Profit. These encompass initiatives such as working towards net-zero emissions; adopting eco-friendly manufacturing processes and responsible materials sourcing; leveraging cutting-edge technologies that prioritise environmental sustainability and circularity; promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, and engaging in community empowerment and collaboration.
To qualify for the Awards, applicants must provide compelling evidence demonstrating the effective implementation and tangible outcomes of their sustainability initiatives in 2024.
The Awards are exclusively open to private, commercial or for-profit enterprises.

- Community Catalyst Award
- Tech For A Sustainable Future Award
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award

The entry period begins on 6 January 2025 and closes on 7 April 2025 (6pm HK Time). The Finalists will be announced on 19 June 2025, during the Media Gathering at Jewellery & Gem ASIA Hong Kong (JGA). The Winners will be revealed in July 2025 and will be presented with their awards at the Fair Reception of Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on 17 September 2025. Furthermore, the Award recipients and Finalists will be invited to participate in JGW’s Sustainability Heroes Panel Series, tentatively set for 16 and 17 September 2025 at the AWE and HKCEC, respectively.
