HONG KONG, July 27, 2012 – KARP Group, recognised as one of the world’s leading diamond manufacturers, is celebrating excellence in the gemstone and jewellery industry by serving as one of the Honoured Partners of the prestigious JNA Awards (www.jnaawards.com) scheduled for 20 September 2012 (Thursday) at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong during the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair.
Letitia Chow, founder of JNA and director of Business Development – Jewellery Group at UBM Asia said, “We are delighted and warmly welcome KARP partnering with us in this inaugural event. Their presence will add brilliance to this significant and exciting event.”
“JNA has always been a crucial marketing platform for the KARP Group. When we entered the Asian market, JNA was the first marketing partner that we cooperated with. We started our marketing activities by advertising in JNA publications and exhibition-related promotional materials. This strong partnership continues to this day,” said Ramesh Virani (Maldar), director of KARP Group, a Diamond Trading Company (DTC) Sightholder.
“Today, our business is completely consolidated, with JNA serving as a reliable and effective marketing platform for our business. We are delighted to serve as one of the Honoured Partners of the JNA Awards, an initiative that aims to promote and celebrate excellence in the industry,” he added.
With over four decades of experience and expertise in the diamond trade, KARP caters to international luxury brands. Apart from being a DTC Sightholder, the group is recognised as an “institution” in the industry, using the most technologically advanced manufacturing systems in the business. KARP manufactures a huge array of products, from 0.005-carat goods to stones weighing 10 carats and above. It excels in the production of certified fine makes, fancy cut goods and fancy coloured diamonds. The manufacturer is one of the few companies that has achieved up to 5-micron precision in diamond manufacturing.
Each of KARP’s collections is unique, Virani said. “We have the high-end FengHuang Collection that features natural fancy coloured diamonds as centrepieces, and the Grandeur Collection with fancy cut diamonds set in our own style. From everyday wear to haute couture, we only produce jewellery that is unique, gorgeous and classic. We have always made sure that, just as our jewellery is unique, our ways of promoting our collections are exceptional as well.”
KARP is catering to a wide customer base. “We believe that anyone and everyone must have a jewellery piece that has been crafted by KARP”.
